Joining the waiting list means we will contact you first when a litter we think suits you is planned or born. It is not a purchase, and it does not reserve a specific puppy.

Terms

What this is. This agreement adds you to the Montana Yorkie waiting list. It is an expression of interest. It does not reserve, hold or guarantee any particular puppy, litter or timeframe.
How placement works. Puppies are matched to families on temperament and fit, not on position in a queue. Being on the list does not entitle the applicant to first choice of a litter.
Deposits. No deposit is taken to join the waiting list. Any deposit on a specific puppy is handled separately under a deposit or purchase agreement.
Breeder discretion. Montana Yorkie may decline any placement at its discretion, including where the breeder believes a particular puppy is not suited to a particular home.
Pet homes only. Puppies are placed as companions on limited registration. No breeding rights are conveyed.
Leaving the list. You may ask to be removed at any time by replying to any message from us.
